What is cosmetology?

-Cosmetology is the study and application of beauty treatment.

-There are many different branches you could choose from in cosmetology.

-Cosmetology school can be completed in less than a year.

-You must have the skill of creativity

Cosmetology Branches:

Make-up Artist: They apply makeup and other cosmetics to clients to alter or enhance their apperance.

Nail Technician: A licensed professional whose job is to beautify people's hands and feet in a variety of different ways.

Hairdresser: A person who cuts people's hair and puts it into a style, usually working in a special shop.

Esthetician: A person who specializes in analyzing and beautifying the skin.

Why is cosmetology important?

-It allows individuals to express their creativity while enhancing the beauty and self-confidence of others.
